Who We Are
Amicus II is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization, that is approved by the State of Ohio to provide Apprenticeship Training and Pre-Apprenticeship Training to youth and adults. Our mission is to bridge the skills gap by providing high-quality apprenticeship training opportunities to empower youth and adults for meaningful careers. Our vision is to be a leading force in workforce development, nurturing talent and fostering economic growth through apprenticeship programs.
What We Do
Amicus II equips members of underserved communities with life-skills and teach them basic construction skills in order to prepare them for a building trade.
Our 10-week Apprenticeship Program helps participants overcome challenges that might prevent them from beginning a construction career in the building trades, while showing them a pathway to a middle-class life.
